Jubilee in Charles North/Station North Arts & Entertainment District
Charles North is one of four neighborhoods that comprise the area known as Midtown. This district has created the Midtown Development Corporation, staffed by Jubilee Baltimore. The Midtown Development Corporation serves as the community development organization, stimulating and facilitating a critical mass of good renovations, and assisting in the implementation of the recommendations of the Midtown Community Plan (PDF) .
Jubilee and Baltimore Heritage will also be working together to provide rehabilitation project consulting and Heritage Rehabilitation Tax Credit preparation services for new homebuyers and existing homeowners starting in spring 2006.
