The Madison Park neighborhood, straddling a discreet section of Madison Avenue, is comprised of fashionable Victorian-era residences and stately churches. Most of the buildings were constructed between 1876 and 1894 by master carpenters and builders.

Madison Park is adjacent to the elegant Eutaw Place and a short walk to the State Center Office Complex, where many state agencies are located. State Center is also a transportation hub, which connects the subway, light rail, and buses.

Jubilee in Madison Park
Madison Park is one of four neighborhoods that comprise the area known as Midtown. These neighborhoods created the Midtown Development Corporation, which is staffed by Jubilee Baltimore. The Midtown Development Corporation serves as the community development organization, stimulating and facilitating a critical mass of good renovations, and assisting in the implementation of the recommendations of the Midtown Community Plan (PDF) .
