Reservoir Hill	Assist the Reservoir Hill Improvement Association with Healthy Neighborhood, Inc. loan initiatives and housing renovations.

SE BALTIMORE
Created and staffed South East Community Plan.

Canton Fells Point	Developed attractive income restricted senior housing in partnership with churches and fraternal organizations.

Butchers Hill	Devised and developed successful models of mixed-income housing.

Patterson Park	Developed St. Elizabeth’s Senior Housing. Helped to launch the Patterson Park CDC.
