Since its founding in 1980, Jubilee has worked on hundreds of projects and many neighborhood initiatives. Jubilee is distinctive among Baltimore's nonprofit developers in its ability to combine planning with development and to develop both market-rate and affordable housing.
Jubilee works on its own account, forms partnerships and joint ventures, and staffs community development corporations. Jubilee Baltimore has served as a developer, development consultant, planner or partner on more than 325 projects leading to the investment of approximately $140 million in Baltimore neighborhoods. Our development work has created more than 320 units of affordable housing and 450 units of market-rate housing.
