Jubilee has developed or assisted in the development of more than 325 projects with a total investment of approximately $140 million, including more than 320 units of affordable housing and 450 units of market-rate housing. Jubilee was chosen Developer of the Year in 2002 by the Maryland Department of Housing and Community Development.
Jubilee is distinctive among Baltimore’s nonprofit developers in its ability to plan and develop both market-rate and affordable housing. Jubilee strives to reverse decades of disinvestment in Baltimore City neighborhoods by developing projects that will lead to greater investment and greater economic activity. Jubilee works on its own account, forms partnerships and joint ventures, and staffs community development corporations.
